Aclaim for Kartechnic BMW Remap
During a visit to our workshop to discuss a BMW M3 GT restored by Kartechnic and featured in this month's issue of www.total-bmw-mag.co.uk
Editor Paul Wager took the opportunity to have Kartechnic remap the magazines project 523I BMW. He later e-mailed us this response.
"Just a quick note to let you know how the remap seems to have transformed the old girl! It's so much better to drive at speed but amazingly, the economy seems to have gone from a best-ever 30 mpg to as high as 34.5 mpg on the way back from Poole - and that's at an 85-90 mph cruise. Round town it seems to have gone from a dismal 22 to 29ish! So I'll definitely be writing something positive about it in the current issue's instalment of the project..."
